While many societies in Avesta focused on grand monuments for the recent building competition (in Prosperia Prime’s case very grand), Brutopia took a different approach, crafting an entire coastal neighborhood designed for communal living.

“We wanted to stand out by channeling our society’s values,” said Lemon, the lead architect. “Instead of just one ornamental structure, we built an entire neighborhood, complete with a park and a towering lighthouse.”

The Seaglass Cove Lighthouse, now a landmark, was a challenge to complete under the deadline. “A last-minute duck strike nearly stopped our supply deliveries,” Lemon joked. “But we got the base structure done just in time!” Reports confirm the lighthouse is so bright it can be seen (or envied) from Dune and Prosperia Prime.

As for the homes? Brutopia is holding a lottery to distribute them fairly among Seedlings. “We wanted to make sure everyone had a chance to live here,” Lemon explained.

With its focus on community, sustainability, and inclusivity, Seaglass Lane is more than just a neighborhood, it’s a reflection of Brutopia’s spirit.
