Nova Roma Launches Clothier Program and Style Contest

What fashion icons and trends will be born from the Nova Roma Clotheir Program? Only time will tell.

Nova Roma is calling on creative minds and entrepreneurial spirits to help shape the society’s next great industry: fashion. In a bold new initiative thought up by Cultivator Taco, the Nova Roman government, led by Cultivator Willow, is officially launching its Clothier Program and offering generous support to aspiring designers.

“Are you an existing business or a new entrepreneur?” Willow asked. “Apply now to become an official Clothier of Nova Roma.”

To help businesses get started, the first three approved applicants will receive a start-up package that includes 3,000 SeedCoin and a weaving loom. This offer is designed to give both newcomers and established businesses a strong foundation to produce and sell their designs locally.

“I have been promoting a healthy competition within business in Nova Roma and clothing is one of the untapped markets that no one has really ventured into yet,” said Willow.

The launch of the program coincides with a major community event: Nova Roma’s first clothing contest. The competition invites all designers to showcase their talents in four distinct categories: Best Dressed, Most Unique, Fully Functional, and Monkey’s Choice.

Each category winner will be awarded 4,000 SeedCoin. “Request your loom, or craft your own, get those designs in, and start dressing Nova Roma in style,” Willow said.

All contest entries must be submitted by 17 May 2025 at 22:00.

Willow also acknowledged the collaborative support that made the initiative possible. “Taco donated some weaving tables to kickstart things, Monkey_Elite put some money towards prizes, and it has just snowballed from there,” she said.

Reflecting on the broader impact, Willow added, “I think people like seeing a colourful world.”

The initiative is proudly sponsored by Taco Inc., Cultivator Monkey_Elite, and the Nova Roma Government. With support, rewards, and recognition on the line, this is more than a contest. It is a cultural milestone for a society ready to define its look.
