Avalon has spoken: the presidential vote has concluded, and Egill is officially the new president. With a fresh mandate, Egill wasted no time announcing sweeping initiatives aimed at transforming Avalon into one of the most dynamic societies on Avesta.

Building the Future

Construction is already underway on Avalon’s first two subway lines, promising to connect Seedlings more efficiently than ever before. A spaceport is also slated for placement soon, marking Avalon’s ambitions to reach beyond its own borders. And with a new area nearly unlocked, the horizon is literally expanding.

Meanwhile, the government is also purchasing pollen, a sign that the local economy is about to bloom.

Plots for Sale

For Seedlings eager to stake their claim, Avalon has officially opened land sales:

  • Basic Plots: 300 Seedcoin

  • Merged Plots: +150 Seedcoin per extra plot (450 for two, 600 for three, etc.)

  • Resource Plots: 600 Seedcoin

With subways on the way and plots moving fast, land speculation has never looked livelier.

Social Policy in Action

Egill’s administration has also introduced two bold acts:

  • The Basic Income Act: Every Seedling with less than 300 Seedcoin will receive a subsidy of 15 Seedcoin, while those with more than 3,000 will contribute 15 Seedcoin to the community chest.

  • The Baby Boom Act: To encourage growth (in more ways than one), every newborn will come with a 150 Seedcoin government bonus.
